Event Marketing Officer

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Event Marketing Officer.
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
+ Report to: Manager
+ Team: 7 - 10 members
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
+ Salary range: 8,5 million - 14 million
Work with supplier to organize events & decorations in the shopping mall.
Communicate & work closely to tenants in the mall to encourage maximum participants in marketing events.
Other tasks as assigned.
Survey market & competitors & make reports.
Patroll & check events and decoration to ensure well set up before operation hour.
Manage the production of marketing material such as POSM, gifts...
Work with tenants & other partners to call for sponsorship and co-operation agreement.
Work with the team to create campaign proposal to attract customers to Shopping Mall & increase sales volume.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
No experience required. Fresh candidates can be trained.
University graduation, any fields.
Candidates with 1-3 year experience in Event organizing, Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
Be willing to work in shift.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
Good teamwork and supporting spirit.
