Event Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien - 116)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Event Marketing Officer.

Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
+ Salary range: 8,5 million - 14 million
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
+ Report to: Manager
+ Team: 7 - 10 members
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
Other tasks as assigned.
Work with the team to create campaign proposal to attract customers to Shopping Mall & increase sales volume.
Handle related paperwork to execute marketing events/tasks.
Patrol & check events and decoration to ensure well set up before operation hour.
Work with supplier to organize events & decorations in the shopping mall.
Communicate & work closely to tenants in the mall to encourage maximum participants in marketing events.
Manage the production of marketing material such as POSM, gifts...
Survey market & competitors & make reports.

Candidates having 1-3 year experience in Event organizing, Marketing or related fields.
University graduation, any fields.
Good teamwork and supporting spirit.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
Be willing to work in shift.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
