Event Supervisor - Big Bike

- Conduct event feedback survey and create post-event report back to management
- Define and set up goal, objective, direction and KPI for each event
- Approve all aspects before event date and resolve any problems that can occur in meantime
- Manage and coordinate supplier and event logistic
- Liaise and negotiate with different vendors and suppliers
- Develop event planning for whole year
- Brainstorm and implement event plant from start to finish according to theme, requirement target audience.
- Propose a budget for the event and handle paperwork
- Produce detail proposal for events
- Make sure that legal, insurance and safety obligation are followed
- Supervise staffs and give them full briefing.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals

- Skilled in project management, time management, risk management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relation, or Communication, from 25 Years old.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation
- Excellent in communication skills both written and verbal
- Having work experience in event agency is a plus
- At least 3 years proven experience as same role
- Ability to coordinate with different vendors & find sponsor for the event
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
