Executive Chef

We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive Chef
- Maintaining staff turnover at a reasonable level & training
- Thoroughly understanding the basic principles or each component of the management system for Food and Beverage operation
- Being in charge of planning, organizing, coordinating, staffing, directing, controlling and evaluating all operations
- Reaching the established budget in food cost
- Developing long-range plans while resolving daily crises across the entire spectrum of the department
- Supervising and coordinate all menu making, pricing, food presentation, sanitation, food promoting and employee scheduling
- Organizing successfully all food promotions

- Currently working as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef for 3 years+, international experience preferred
- Fluent in English, holding a Degree/ Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
- Positive, forward thinking, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of customer service, responsibility and humor
- A people person, a great communicator and trainer, able to build an attractive work environment and memorable staff and guest experiences
- Passionate about high quality food with an eye on the budget, good knowledge of food products in general, trends, costing and kitchen equipment
