Executive, Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, inter-company charging
• A/C receivables management - issue invoices following company SOP and closely monitor AR
• A/C payables management - prepare and proceed the payment accurately and monitor AP
• Support monthly closing reports including internal reports
• Prepare monthly actual cash flows
• Prepare periodic tax declarations for VAT, CIT, FCT (if any)
• Meet department calendar deadlines as well as ensure strict compliance to local statutory reporting
• Other accounting duties & responsibilities as may be delegated from time to time.

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge including Vietnam accounting standards and tax legislations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise strong influence and control to ensure compliance whilst maintaining trust and loyalty with key personnel
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software
• Knowledge in Investment Law should be preferable
