Executive – Sales, Admixture System, Construction Chemicals (Central)

Sales Development:
-Implement sales and marketing plan, follow up projects to achieve sales target;
-Arrange product testing and trial runs;
-Produce regular sales forecast; draw variances analysis and propose follow-up actions.
Customer Management:
-Identify potential customers, conduct sales call, sales visit;
-Consolidate data of customer needs to secure or enhance business opportunities;
-Maintain account relationships;
-Conduct the KAM – Key Account Management for key customers to provide right value proposition aiming to enhance the customer relationship
-Ensure all supporting functions involved in the delivery of agreed customers’ need.
Market Intelligence:
-Collect data on market trends, market share, products, service needs.
-Prepare & promptly report of market intelligence, including feedback on potential threats to relevant business.
Credit Management:
-Coordinate with direct manager and Credit to define customer credit limits;
-Be responsible for debt collection.

-Degree in Civil Engineering or Commerce
-Min three years of relevant experience in construction field.
-Good understanding on construction market (concrete, cement, additives). Knowledge of product and investment is preferred;
-Be able to converse about job related matter in English. Good Computer skills (MS. Office).
