Expansion Executive

Aligning with related Departments such as Legal, Accounting, Operation and MKT… to finalize the Lease Agreement with Landlords as the Company’s policy
Proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values internal (Team Leaders and Mangers; Other Departments; Stores; All Employees) and external (Customers)
Togethering with Legal team and the site/land owners to contact related State Departments in obtaining neccessary licenses for new store opening.
Maintaining professional internal & external relationships that meet company core values.
Building and keep relationship with Landlords, Agencies, Mall Management and Building Management.
Being ready to travel overseas or and local cities and provinces for business
Doing market research, site survey and analysis (study site price/ market/ population catchment/ turnover estimation/ competitors/ etc)
Following up the Lease Agreement situation of existing restaurants to deal with Landlords before expiration.
Searching and recognizing potential site/land to Which site for which brand.
Building trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Aligning with Legal team to check the legal entity and necessary documents relating to the site.

Yêu cầu công việc

Solid management skills
Multi-task, detail oriented
Good knowledge on legal (Investment, land, real estate …)
At least 2-3 years in the similar position + retail market and F&B factors
Good relation with landlords, Agents, Development groups…
Broad knowledge of the different aspects and phases of real estate
Good knowledge in real estate market in Vietnam
Solid team players
Good relation with Government (authorities)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
