Expat Recruitment Executive

- Coordinate with Expat Recruitment Manager, and Regional Operations Heads to identify staffing needs & selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through different channels including online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) & offline channels (e.g. job fairs & recruitment events)
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and performing reference checks to ensure supplying teachers according to the teacher demands in the assigned regions
- Lead employer branding initiatives in the region in accordance to Employer Branding framework and campaign designed at HO
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment and make recommendations to academic managers
- Other recruitment activities as requested

- Bachelor Degree
- Already at the same position with at least and 2 year experience in recruitment and selection management
- Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
- Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
- High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function
- Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
