Experienced Ticketing Agents (FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam)

What You Will Do

We are looking for Experiences Ticketing Agents to join our FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam travel consultant team.

• You will work across both leisure and corporate clients, in a collaborative team environment on dynamic and tailored itineraries.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on air fares, routings, hotels, frequent flyer programs and land transportation.
• You will manage our business travelers for air ticket, hotel, visa, transfer and other related travel requests.

Job requirement

• Minimum 1 years travel industry experience
• GDS experience on Amadeus & SabreSonic
• Self ticketing/reissue/cancellations skills
• Advanced English speaking & writing is a must
• Travel experience of domestic air and international destination
• Sales skills with excellent customer service skills
• Leadership potential
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
  • Taking responsibility and accountability in your work
  • Team work and loyal to your customers
  • Working in an international environment
