ObjectiveResponsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of monitoring as well as implementing the content in the management of the customer portfolio
Key accountabilities (1) Daily duties
- Perform other jobs as requested by Senior Manager, Client Porfolio Management
- Submit and explain the Portfolio Manager and customer experience for each segment of cases submit to the exception related to the portfolio managed by the Client, ensuring the efficiency of the portfolio&039;s operations.
- Support Senior Managers of Affluent / Mass Affluent / Mass portfolio in activities to learn and understand the performance of the Customer portfolio, including: revenue profit, customer engagement.
- Train, instruct, and mentor portfolio administrators who perform the above tasks and professional skills related to the functions and duties of the department.
- Lead, guide to learn and take responsibility for the level of understanding of Customer&039;s behavior, needs in the portfolio & management subcategories to report and assist in making recommendations about standards. suitable services, products, prices, and programs for the Customer in order to enhance the Customer&039;s satisfaction and efficiency for the Bank.
- Track and monitor customer engagement under the direction of the Customer Portfolio Manager and guide specialists in implementing related content
- Coordinate experts to work directly with internal stakeholders in PFS to develop highly effective products, services, sales channels that meet the needs of customers of the segment / sub-segment under management. .
Compliance with regulations and develop internal and system relationships:
- Strictly complying with the Labor Regulations of the Bank.
- Coordinate with departments within the Division to complete the assigned work
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, processes, internal instructions ... and commitment to quality of service (SLAs)..

Success Profile - Qualification and ExperiencesExperience: 5-7 years in management, good understanding on finance system and retail banking
Graduated with Bachelor degree in Economics / Finance / Banking
Expertise:
- Knowledgeable about retail products / services
- Understand the regulations / operational procedures in the Retail Banking Group
- Knowledgeable about TCB system
English requirement: based on Techcombank regulation
