EXPERT- EE Commissioning & EE Integration

As an OSExpat, Managing the whole EE commissioning activities and the team. Manage the customer satisfaction with on time delivery of the targets and issue closures. Having a good attitude to work on flexible schedules.
Area of Responsibility:
· Reporting to the management on the daily/weekly/Monthly/quarterly and milestone KPIs
· Managing the EE issues and effective closure
· Leading EE issues meetings with component owners and suppliers
· Managing the SW and HW changes for EE components in terms of validation and verification
· Leading the full EE commissioning of vehicles including SW flashing, Wiring testing, feature validation, issue analysis and fixing
· Mentoring wiring harness checks and fault findings
· Managing EE functional checks and planning
· Lead the EOL system implementation at manufacturing plant
· Responsible to the commissioning team KPIs set by the management
· Tracking and managing EE changes application at plant
· Create and establish EE repair instructions to manufacturing people
· Mentoring ground, Fuse, Relay validations
· Leading and assisting Technician on EE commissioning and issue analysis
· Suggesting countermeasures for EE issues to the component owners or suppliers
· Mentoring Level 2 and level 3 analysis for any EE issue
· Organize Perform part level checks and repairs whenever required
· Responsible for Planning and achieving the commissioning targets given
· Leading EE issues from the field for closure and tracking

Expectations
· Complete knowledge of EE architecture of an EV car
· Able to understand and work with the CAN tools like CANOe or CANAlyzer
· Good in customer management and negotiations
· Able to detect design level EE issues
· Master in using testing equipment like Multimeter, Clampmeter, Oscilloscope
· Great negotiation skills
· Great experience in supplier management
· Good knowledge about communication protocols like CAN,LIN,Flexray and Ethernet
· Great experience of team management
· Able to understand any CAN tools
· Able to read/ suggest modification wiring schematics
· Broadminded and having mind set to give extended supports
Qualification to apply

Bachelor or master Degree in Electronics/Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant field
Experience from an automotive EE integration/EE architecture is mandatory – experience from EV is a plus
