EXPERT, PROJECT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Management and execution of work orders
-Recite and consolidate the offers from suppliers
-Participate the team of IPS for supplier evaluations, improvement.
-Contact and discuss the quotations with IPS
-Seek the potential suppliers
-Give feedback to suppliers
-Support to create scope of work for different work orders
Negotiation with suppliers
-Control the performance of suppliers, the price-breakdown and quality of products/services;
-Seek the room and negotiate the suppliers to improve the price, delivery and quality.
-Discuss with suppliers for various technical specifications (including commercials for small and special buys)
Risk Management in collaboration with Project Manager
-Define possible countermeasures; Perception of risks
-Define probability of occurrence and impact
-Identify possible risks
Financial status and reporting
-Responsible for financial report of Operations Vietnam
-Plan for all Financial cycles (FTR, OP, EA x cycles) for Funding as well as G & A
-Manage collecting of all Financial Data (Investment/running cost)
Communication
-Communicate and send report on a regular basis, status meetings
-Exchange of knowledge and information.

-Market & commodity know how, Process knowledge; intercultural competence
-University degree, Purchasing and supply chain is preferable or equivalent.
-Commercial, flexible, analytical, social, confident, honest and have a good cooperation in work, bilingual English/Vietnamese.
