Job Purpose- The job holder responsible for manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer management.
- The job holder will work closely with business divisions to execute the bank&039;s talent demand by identifing, attracting, and hiring the top local and international talent.
Key Accountabilities (1)- Support candidate management throughout the recruitment process and coordinate with the Onboarding team in accepting new employees to ensure the best experience for new hires
- Undertake HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment events, etc. to acquire suitable talents for the organization
- Proactively build candidate talent pools for all critical positions.
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and create pipeline for passive candidates via different platforms
- Ability to communicate TCB&039;s business strategy in an attractive way to attract talent
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Demonstrate judgment and accuracy in assessing potential candidates against requirements
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
Key Accountabilities (2)People, Process, and Technology
- Quickly adapt to new standards, tools and technologies applied to the HR department. Champion the use of ATS (Application Tracking System) for day-to-day work. Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
- Update the recruitment report for respective hiring division, including difficulties and solutions to ensure progress in line with/or exceed SLAs
- Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities (3)Partnership Management
- Proactively engage recruitment agencies and other vendors if required to ensure outstanding services that meet the bank’s needs
Employer Branding
- Market Techcombank roles and opportunities including describing our culture, organization, and strategy to potential candidates. Be the bank’s ambassador for the employment brand.
Success Profile - Qualification and ExperiencesDomain Expertise
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with a good mix of in-house and agency experience, preferably within financial services
- Proactiveness, ability to take initiative, and comfort working independently to drive toward results; Ambitious and resilient.
- Experience in using various recruitment tools and effective hiring processes to drive successful outcome
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring divisions
- Deep knowledge of the local và regional recruitment market; with good understanding of skills and capabilities required for a range of roles across corporate functions, technology, digital, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from reputable universities Training/Qualifications in HR will be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills. Proficient in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent) and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
