Export Sales Manager - District 2

MISSION STATEMENT

Deploy & develop sale of MM products in the international market for MM Mega Market VN.

ROLE

• Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries
• Plan, design, develop & implement difference sales activities by searching the customer’s needs & requirements
• Make sure that existing customers are retained & maintained while developing the new customers
• Ensure the sale & marketing activities are carry out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales
• Take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down the export procedures & activities
• Carry out market research, conduct survey & study the competitors
• Actively participate in the training sessions to improve knowledge & skill
• Train & mentor the sale executive

PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS

• University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
• Experience in export sale least 2 years
• Knowledge of software is a must.
• Analytical thinking
• Able to communicate in English & Vietnamese
• able to work independently and in team
• Team player is a must
• Creative & Problem solver
• Fast Learner
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to travel
• Age: 30 - 35
