Sketch details to develop façade concepts.
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and working together with architects, clients and building professionals.
Participate to design workshops to optimize cladding solutions for the project.
Evaluating façade contractor proposals.
Value engineering.
Carrying out factory visits, site inspections.
Witnessing testing and preparing technical reports.
Good knowledge of façade materials, technical performances and innovations in the façade industry.
Elaborating principal façade drawings, technical specifications and reports for tender documentation.
Responsible for façade-technical design and optimization of facade concepts.

You have a Master degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, possibly with a relevant postgraduate degree (Master Façade Engineering).
Sketching skills are a plus.
Specialist in one or more disciplines within the broad field of façade engineering: Façade Design; Building Physics, Structural Engineering, Value Engineering, Cost estimations, Maintenance strategies, Buildability, …
Experience in Façade Industry or relevant facade engineering experience.
Hands-on, independent attitude and have excellent communication skills
You have more than 7 years of experience in the façade industry.
Motivated, enthusiastic and social.
Living in Belgium or interested in moving to Belgium.
Experienced knowledge in design software, building physics software tools and/or structural analysis tools for façade design are a plus.
Integrated mindset, creative thinking.
