Facilities Services Assistant Manager role is responsible for providing an integrated set of support programs and services to colleagues, with a focus on enabling productivity, managing costs, mitigating risk, promoting our values, and supporting our brand. Programs and services include but are not limited to work environment, maintenance, reception, on-site meeting support and food services, print, post, office equipment, safety, security, business continuity, and records management.
•Provide subject matter expertise in facilities management methodology and practices
•Implement best practices and effectively utilize standard operating procedures and tools
•Ensure local RE&WS team members are informed and capable of meeting their role/responsibilities
•Partner with segment and line-of-business leaders/key stakeholders to ensure RE&WS priorities and capabilities align with business operations
•Manage relationships with select external partners and stakeholders, as deemed appropriate by business and REWS leadership
•Active and collaborative support for the successful completion of real estate projects for the office(s)
•Manage office support resources in the offices, while limiting office operating costs and mitigating risks.
•Leverage financial and analytical skills, including the ability to contribute to the development of budgets, and review financial reports to effectively manage the Office Services function in the office
•Leverage extensive knowledge and experience with Business Continuity, Records Management, Facilities Management (including network room) Vendor Management, Reception, Print/Post/Purchasing functions and Equipment/Asset Management (office and IT related)
•Implement the firm’s security and compliance standards, thereby reducing operational risks in the local office
•Promote Willis Towers Watson culture and values; manage and support change management activities effectively to reduce business disruption and meet intended objectives

The Requirements
•Min 2-3 years’ experience of hands-on operations management of business support functions within a client-focused professional services environment
•Customer service orientation; strong desire to deliver value-added support to external and internal clients
•Ability to create an environment of sound decision-making, ownership and accountability at all levels by communicating a clear stance on key issues
•Success in the development and implementation of Facilities Services processes, procedures and guidelines that drive efficiency and service excellence
•Strong English written and verbal communication skills used to effectively facilitate the understanding of a full range of views and develop support for business initiatives
•Proven strength in building positive working relationships with local/ divisional/regional colleagues
•Effective influencing skills and ability to assist key stakeholders in reaching satisfactory resolutions.
Other Requirements
•Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
•Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills used to respond to the needs of diverse stakeholders
•Proficiency in the use of technology (e.g., MS Office Suite, Skype for Business)
