Facilities Supervisor (Building Executive)

The Building Executive / Facility Supervisor is responsible for all jobs relating to property’s sub contractors including of cleaning, security, tenants conditions & parking arrangements….and to solve daily management office problems & report to Property Manager on any issues at site from time to time.

You will supervise and ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities in the assigned property and to liaise with all the relevant authorities regarding your area of works, such as for regulations compliance.

Ensure the building / facility and utilities are managed in the most efficient maner in order to maximize returns or minimize costs for the company

Attend, troubleshoot, arrange and monitor repairing work for facilities equipment failure or breakdown

Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 3-5 years experiences in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.

Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)

Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language), also an active listener
