Facility Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical - Chinese Speaking)

We are looking for 02 Facility Engineers who have background in:
- 01 Electrical Engineer
- 01 Mechanical Engineer
* Job description:
• Utility system includes: HVAC system, Air compressor system, Security system, Fire alarm & Firefighting system, CCTV system, Power and Water supply system, Lab rooms
• Review construction drawings (Shop drawings), as-built drawings.
• Supervise layout renovation, construction of infrastructure, sub buildings and production line installations
• Dissemination of technical requirements and installation details for construction personnel to know.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of utility system to ensure continuous production operations.
• Experience in M&E maintenance
• Manage projects related to high, medium and low voltage together with a project team of design consultants, contractors and the operations team.
• Construction planning: time, manpower, contact suppliers of materials...
• Deploy, monitor M&E system according to design and construction standards approved by The Owner/Main Contractor.
• Assist the Facility Manager in doing other tasks.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility electrical, and other installed systems;
• Checking construction quality and doing handover work.
• Deeply understanding about electrical stations, electrical distribution systems, power management program
• Control working progress, and bill of quantity at site.

• 3-5 year experienced priorities for candidates
• Proficient in MS Office/Revit/Auto-cad/Microsoft Project.
• Required languages: Chinese is required, English is an advantage.
• Having good communication and motivation at work.
• Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical.
