Facility Manager-Long Hau

Work with Industrial park and local authority, maintain good relationship with them and handles other external activities related to the site
Responsible for Site&039;s overall activities (40%)
This position is responsible for the management of PAG (Packaged Gas) Operation site and activities which include PAG filling and PAG Logistics. The position holder to ensure the safety of the site and its operations, and at the same time to optimize the activities to meet the achievement of key performance indicator (KPI) in accordance with the target.
Responsible to implement the Industrial Management System (IMS) and make sure the activities in compliance with legal requirement and company&039;s policy
Receive/Work with visitors and local authorities. Responsible for crisis communication management of the site"
Maintain site activities Dashboard and make monthly report on overall site activities
Achieving safety KPIs by: i) Setting up and reinforces the safety and quality systems, ii) Maintain and update the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) iii) Ensure implementation of Company and Local Safety standards and regulations, iv) Promoting safe behaviors
Accountable for safe and reliable operation of i) Cylinder Filling station, ii) Site and Cylinder Maintenance, iii) H2 Production and Filling iv) PAG Logistics
Responsible for adequate financial controls in the area of responsibility
"1. Safety of of the filling station/cylinder maintenance and H2 plant/H2 filling
Train/coach and support Filling station supervisor to achieve his and filling station objectives (30%)
Controls and excel the proper execution of operations
- Makes use of known indicators of the filling station to monitor safety and reliability operations.
- Proceeds to internal audits and follows up corrective actions.
Promote Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) to enhance operation and cost management efficiency"
Supervise and support Logistic supervisor to achieve Logistic KPI (20%)
Road safety, product loading and transportation safety

Delivery optimization

Min 2-3 years experience
Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering
Preferably from Oil&Gas, Petrochemical or Manufacturing Industry
Fluent in English
Willing to be based at Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An

13th month bonus, Target nominal bonus, Desktop/ Laptop

Health care 24/7, Monday–Friday: 8:00–17:00; Annual leave is 12 days
