Facility & Security Officer (02 Positions, Aeon Mall Hai Phong - 136)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 02 Facility Officer (Aeon Mall Hai Phong).

+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
+ Team: 5 - 7 members
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Hai Phong
+ Report to: Manager
Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors;
Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment, a technical system such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc…;
Check the service’s performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and suggest quality service improvement and cost-saving;
Follow all fit-out works, renovation, events set up in the shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any;
Introduce operation procedures and regulations of a shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow implementation;
Summarize facility and security data & make a report as required from Management;
Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services provided to customers are in good condition;
Other duties as assigned.

Can communicate in English;
Candidates having 1-2 years experience in building management, construction, maintenance, or related fields;
Good teamwork and supporting spirit.
University graduation, any fields;
Be willing to work in shift;
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
