Factory Director (Bắc Ninh- 3000$- ENG- New factory)

Dealing with the government and other authorities for business license and contracts to make sure the company operates in compliance with the law and regulations.
Proposing and seeking the board’s approval for key decisions, developing and executing company policies and procedures for corporate governance.
Developing and optimizing the organization; motivating, evaluating, and developing its staff.
Identify management issues and facilitating the discussion among the shareholders to build the consensus for the direction.
Ensuring that the Company is operating within the budgetary requirements.
Managing day to day business operations; giving clear direction to the managers, ensuring clarity of expectations and responsibilities, consulting with managers to find the solution if any issue arises.
Oversee the overall progress of the project and its business, including but not limited to the business licenses and contracts, finance, human resources, etc., identifying the issues, and reporting to shareholders in timely manner.

Dealing with the bank for financial arrangements

Middle to High level of Excel skills
Preferably, working experience at foreign company using the English as communication
English proficiency (Japanese is plus)
10 year’s of management experience
Preferably, at the waste management sector
Bachelor Degree
