Mô tả công việc



  • Responsible for the construction of furniture factory from greenfield to brownfield

  • Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)

  • Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.

  • Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.

  • Prepare, analyse and issue the production and performance reports.

  • Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production

  • Develop and maintain an effective organization through the recruitment, training, motivation, and performance review of all employees.

  • Discipline employees when necessary.

  • Develop and maintain a program for sound employee relations.

  • Provide guidance and direction for employees to assist in their professional development.

  • Ensure correct documentation is collected at orientation and maintained for each employee throughout their employment.

  • Improve, update and edit e-time/ time-keeping system for direct employees daily.

  • performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)

  • Enforce company policies and procedures.


Yêu cầu công việc



  • Bachelor Degree in any majors

  • 7+ years of experience in the furniture field, the garden furniture production, outdoor furniture production (Experience in welding, weaving, sample making, production-processes is an advantage). On top, having experience in wood processing industry is a pre.

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in leading a big team (from 300-500 employees) to meet strategic and financial targets

  • Experience planning, assigning and prioritizing time-sensitive projects

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding financial plans

  • Fluent in English communication
