Factory Manager (Swiss Company)

We are a Swiss company, setting-up a new factory in Vietnam to produce paint booth filters. The first job scope will be to help on the factory set-up process, with the transfer to Vietnam of the production line, recruiting the local operating staff and implementing the group process locally. The rest of the daily task will be as follow :
-Manage the production team and participate in the production to guarantee the realization of the production planning, as set out in the process in place
- Plan, direct or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications to ensure short and long term profit
- Develop Factory Production budget and ensure costs remaining within approved budget
- Ensure the timely delivery of finished products to customers and/or other facilities contracted
- Recommend staffs and organize an approved organization
- Develop, implement and measure production process flows from purchased raw materials to delivery
- Implement Quality Control systems and assurance standards including in-coming materials inspection, in-production process and final inspection for all products
- Develop job descriptions, key performance indicators for each position
- Implement staff evaluation and incentive systems
- Develop reporting formats and timetables for management approval
- Ensure all systems consistent with guidelines provided by Finance, IT, Admin/ HR, Export, Warehousing/ Shipping
- Coordinate schedules and shipments
