Mô tả công việc



  • Produce and create design of apparel, including suits, casual wear, seasonal clothing, and intimate apparel.

  • Research the styles and periods of clothing needed or new trends.

  • Identify target markets and demographics for designs.

  • Give design direction for the fashion season

  • Meet with sales and management executives to discuss design ideas.

  • Create preliminary sketches of designs.

  • Develop products and accessories.

  • Write specifications like colour schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements.

  • Choose colours, fabrics, and other materials.

  • Draw and cut out patterns when needed

  • Sew sections of material to form mock-ups or samples of garments or articles when needed

  • Test out pieces on models.

  • Collaborate with technicians to check fitting

  • Perform alternations as necessary

  • Build, train and manage a team of fashion Designers

Yêu cầu công việc



  • Education required from coursework in fashion design or related field.

  • At least 05 year experienced with 2 year at the same level or above.

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.

  • Skilled in other fashion design software (such as Optitext, Gerber, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Microsoft Excel.

  • Good eye for details, finishing and proportions.

  • Knowledge of contemporary market for menswear apparel.

  • Good sense of organization and hierarchization of priorities.

  • Punctual and reliable.
