Fashion Retail - Visual Merchandiser

- Be responsible for creating and ensuring visually shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures..
- Store Image: Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to these priorities. And create a unified and tailored solution for store.
- Sales Management: Analyzing the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies).
- Perform daily styling of mannequins, display and ensure proper merchandising of the assigned boutique.
- Help train the standards and interpretation of visual execution.
- Follow up: Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Manager on the week’s proposals and make improvements.
- Be responsible for implementing and communicating the company merchandising guidelines to the local store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

- Decoration knowledge will be a plus.
- Required skill(s): decoration, trending, fashion design, art.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor&039;s Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Degree in visual merchandising or design.
- Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Vincom Lê Thánh Tôn.
