Fashion Retail - Window Dresser

JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for dressing up some shop windows of Massimo Dutti stores located in Vietnam. Ensure that our products come to the fore in a unique way. Organize the display window so that the commercial objectives are achieved and the customer is stimulated in his search for the latest trends. Also set up the shop windows according to Massimo Dutti standards, making it a fascinating image for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report to managers.
• Listen actively to the Managers and considers their feedback.
• Be responsible for one of the most important part of the image of store.
• Following the commercial guidelines from Area Supervisors and managers.
• In charge of coordination for accessories and shoes. Ensure coordination drive sales for ACC and shoes.
• Working with effects such as lighting to create the best advantage.
• Organize and address all matters related to the windows, mannequin and image of store.
• Implement and ensure window displays is followed brand standards.
• Select and organize the product before starting the setting of the window.
• Is organized and clean in the execution of his/her job. At the end leaves the store in perfect conditions.
• Ensure mannequin displays and conditioning store window display.
• Update to managers team about window changing plan
• Control the budget/spending
• Be responsible for window dresser furniture and stock
• Send the picture of the finished window to his/her Area Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Vincom Lê Thánh Tôn.
- Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): decoration, trending, fashion design, art.
- Decoration knowledge will be a plus.
- Required language(s): English, Vietnamese.
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor&039;s Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Degree in visual merchandising or design.
- Availability to travel.
