Fashion Sourcing Manager

Stay up to date with fabric and trim availability, trends, and pricing.
Stay up to date with emerging tools and resources and to quickly embrace new technology and platforms
Responsible for sourcing the right fabrics and trims that best supports the construction, quality, functionality, and look of the product we wants to represents.
Be able to create swatch cards for fabrics and trims, flat drawings, and spec sheets, prepare POs and Orders quickly with minimal revisions or delays.
Negotiate best price and timeline according to the product launching plan
Manage timelines with vendors, all while working well within the allotted hours for each project.

At least 3 years minimum experience in product development/design.
Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines is necessary.
Ideally in high-end fashion or apparel manufacturing.
3 years minimum hands-on experience in fabric & trim sourcing and treatments.
Initiative, and enthusiasm to learn is highly regarded.
You must have a strong level of English and speak Vietnamese, as you will be communicating between the head designer and local suppliers and contract workers.

Salary range: Negotiable

This role is full time Monday - Friday, working in office in THAODIEN - D2.
Bonus based on personal performance.
