· Transferring putty in 3rd party warehouse to My Phuoc WH/other fully.
· Ensure 100% Stock accuracy & FIFO rule
· Support in monitoring of daily replenishment and ensure stocking accuracy (BIN management).
· Ensure all inbound activities are being controlled strictly and meet all KPIs target.
· Manage staff in working shift and ensure they can work well and deliver all KPIs and live with the company values.
· Control WH equipment, PPE and ensure it always is available to use.
· Deploy and ensure all the safety and hygiene program implementation in warehouse.
· Lead RMA process which are being returned from customer fully comply to process (RMA, customer complaint, Rework).
· OLC control
· Daily site tour implementation through LSW to ensure all people working in warehouse follow HSE&S procedure strictly.
Develop and control FGWH, Depot Tinting operation effectively:
·Control to ensure the integrity of FGWH, Depot tinting operation efficiency and delivery
Consult HSES, QA, CI in managing and implementing all activities including audits, risk management, induction training to staffs.
Work with Logistics manager, Depot Tinting 3PL owner to identify people capability gaps to provide training needs to them to anticipate for future business growth.
Actively participate to all company program and make sure all subordinates join fully
Develop knowledge and capability of the warehouse operation management. Then can share knowledge, skill and experience to raise competence level of team.
Align with Outbound team for Service Level Agreement then can complete Outbound delivery properly.
Review the monthly KPI (such as inventory record accuracy, productivity, OTIF, delivery service, etc…) and drive the continuous improvement of operations with Depot Tinting warehouse and Logistic managers to meet customer requirements (Internal & External customers)
Provide tool and methodologies to manage the warehouse operation including receiving stock from MPWH and tollers, storage & cycle counting, receiving & processing customer orders through Order Entry team (OET)
Manage the operation of Depot Tinting to ensure its capacity meeting the business requirement, the quality of colour accuracy and productivity
Provide consultant to distributor warehouse manager to ensure the warehouse operations compliant to the HSE&S requirement including FLT operation, manual handling, 5S housekeeping.
Monthly KPIs analysis and timely update & other supports:
Actively work with all stakeholder for any further improvement actions.
Ensure all KPIs are reviewed periodically (Weekly/Month/Quarterly) and meet requirements to ensure good services.
Annual ANT saving to control OLC better
Strictly monitoring all activities at 2 Depot & Delivery service under 3 PL management to ensure best service and delivery cost. Then work closely with 3PL to carry out the proper action plan in improving all not good service.
