Field Service Engineer – Kỹ Sư Dịch Vụ Kỹ Thuật (Cơ Khí- Điện Tự Động)

The Role: To contribute to profitable growth in product and services revenue, through engineering consultancy, technical support, and mechanical services work.
*** RESPONSIBILITY
• Focusing on market development on Reliability Service sales, Condition Monitoring product sales, both off-line and on-line systems
• To conduct on-site product training and technical training to customers
• To conduct plant audit, site survey to submit solution proposal (technical and commercial) and to present and demonstrate the solution to prospective customers in a knowledgeable, professional manner.
• To conduct condition monitoring delivery.
• Coordinate with SKF Product Centers and in other countries for projects in Vietnam which involve multi-international parties
• To execute on-site all type of reliability technical services (condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, mechanical … services).

Qualification
• Having Vibration Analysis ASNT or ISO CAT I, II is an advantage.
• Diploma or higher degree in engineering disciplines (preferable in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical)
Specific experiences
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in maintenance field and/or working in service contract.
Skills & Competencies to be successful on the job
• Know how about computer interfacing, data communication via Ethernet, Internet, GSM, modems are a plus.
• Strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Knowledge/ Experience in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining, Power, Oil & Gas,) or field service, application & maintenance engineering is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills - able to interact well with all level of customers and able to build report
• Mechanical or Mechatronic engineer or related field
• Good communication skill at all organizational levels is essential. Good communication skill in English and computer skills is mandatory.
• High energy level with good time management and planning skill
• Good computer skill (MS office: excel, word, pp, project is a must)
