Field Service Engineer Staff

POSITION PURPOSE
- Support manufacturing as assigned by Team Leader / Group Manager
- Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
- Provide engineering consulting/ solutions to customers.
- Provide onsite services support as assigned projects/tasks (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification, re-location …)
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Conduct training on how to use equipment/machines for customers or how to do the operation, maintenance, etc.
- Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates.
- Make recommendations for upgrades, services, or repairs and perform maintenance on equipment/machines.
- Probe the causes of malfunction of equipment/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution.
- Set up & install equipment/machines from the start until completing the commissioning.
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
- Periodically inspect equipment’s/machines.
- Establish relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, listening carefully to customers&039; concerns, and addressing issues through after-service.
OTHERS
- Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, and distributors.
- Cooperate with affiliated departments properly & time with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Do tasks assigned by the company & department

- University or above, bachelor&039;s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Machinery, Electronics, or related fields.
- From 22 to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male
- Willing to travel on business trips domestic & overseas.
- High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill, and ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Minimum 1-year Experience in food process machines, packing machines, and inspection machines with a strong technical background in mechanical engineering.
- Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekends
- Proficient in English is an advantage.
- Have a good business manner and work hard.
