Filipino Sales and Customer Service Representative

- Do consultancy work, support customers/ agents with new products/services;
- Meet daily & weekly sales objectives;
- Make daily/ monthly report.
- Grow and develop account relationships, negotiate sale terms with assigned vendors;
- Addressing customer requests & complaints;
- Execute sales and promotional campaigns for new and existing products;
- Communicate new released information as needed to assigned accounts;
- Recommend the best solutions of products, service features, and promotions;
- Developing & maintaining good relationships with clients & vendors;

- Must have at least 1 year experience working in a BPO industry; Experienced with Tele Sales and Customer Service;
- Good in Team work, discipline, attitude, responsibility at work.
- FILIPINO nationality with excellent English written and oral communication skills;
- Very strong Word and Excel skills;
- Experienced making successful sales calls;
- Working time: Shift1: 06:00AM - 02:00PM and Shift 3: 10:00PM - 06:00AM
- Must have a 4-yr Bachelor&039;s Degree with Diploma or equivalent education required;
- Must possess passport (with 2 years validity).
- With DFA certified documents (NBI, TOR, and Diploma) available immediately;
- Good communication skills;
