Position Requirement
Financial accounts preparation
Review payment term in company contract.
Update the format of the financial accounts or other reports where applicable
Produce monthly financial accounts and ensure accounts reconcile to nominal ledger
Check documents payments to suppliers, verify disposal demo cars, contracts, RO
Reporting
Control figures, accruals, consolidated PL, BS monthly to ensure on time.
Prepare and submit daily treasury and capital report, Cash flow Projection weekly to LSH.
Prepare Flash report, VM, share cost, HKFP, GBMS…
Other duties
Able to work autonomously and/or within small team environment
Success in conducting Analyst Reports of specified area through assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline and identifying controls in place to mitigate identified & reportable issues and dimension of risks as intended and will enable VSAL’s objectives and goals to be met.
Basics Experience
Bilingual – well developed English and Vietnamese oral and written skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally)
Ability to support multiple assignments, prioritize workload for self, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment; Demonstrated work prioritization skills.
Preferred 3+ years previous work experiences in Finance, Management Accounting
BA in Economic field, specialized in Accounting and Auditing, relevant certification is a plus.
Ability to drive change and initiate process improvements, Ability to drive value-added recommendations
Ability to organize data, perform independent analysis and provide explanations to management
Well-developed and positive interpersonal skills and abilities, Motivated/self-starter looking to make a difference
