ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve the timely recording of all transitions and the preparation of all financial reports,
• Manage monthly closing. Controls the flow of data into general ledger,
• Prepare monthly Management Report, Sales Report, Employee Utilization, Cash Flow Report,
• Maintain all corporate accounting records in accordance with established schedules,
• Ensure good preparation of all audit / review schedules and review of the books and records with an outside audit team that has been appointed by the BOD.
• Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure full compliance of financial reporting and data submission in accordance to Vietnam tax law and accounting regulations.
• Ensure that payment to vendors are reviewed, verified, and approved,
• Oversee, evaluate and propose financing options to the BOD.
• Coordinate applications and approval processes from banks upon acceptance of offer by the BOD.
• Prepare special reports and perform studies as directed by the BOD.
• Protect corporate asset through sound accounting policies and procedures which include provision for insurance coverage, as required, and protection of business assets and loss prevention through internal control and internal auditing.
• Contribute to corporate strategy and operations,
• Management of cash and other investments and bank relationship(s).
• Manage projection of revenue and expense forecasts on periodic basis along with monthly / quarterly forecasting and annual budget.
• Monitor projects cost, scrap and other expenses against project revenue to ensure they are within project budget and meeting project profitability targets.
• Establish adequate accounting procedures, policies and objectives.
• Coordinates with Business Director to ensure then accuracy and timely manner of periodic sales reports.
• Prepare management reports and presentation as well as other special assignments as requested by BOD.
• Manage and add resource if needed and continuously improve the capability (through training needs analysis and hiring of people with the right skills and knowledge) and structure of the F&A team to meet business objectives.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Update & Guide legal regulations of taxes to F&A members,
• Organize & manage F&A team to comply with Company policy & VN regulations,
• Map IFRS with VAS to have standard FS reports.
• Work with the auditors for FS report audit activities,
• Deal with external parties such as Tax Authority, Audit, etc…,
• Perform other duties as assigned by the BOD
