Finance and Accounting Manager

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager
Complete other assigned tasks
Establish and keep close eyes on cash and expense controls to take corrective actions as needed
In charge of monitoring and managing all activities in accordance with Financial/Accounting functions and tasks
Provide training, fostering operational skills, regimes and regulations of law on finance, accounting
Oversee the creation of new projects in the accounting system and the preparation of project budgets for inclusion in grant applications.
Responsible for financial analys and report financial performance to BOD
Assist the board of directors, management team, and other key stakeholders with all financial and accounting matters.
Manage the payroll system to ensure that all employees are paid on time and accurately.
Building, execute and sustain finance and accounting policies and procedures of the organization
Ensure policy compliance and quality control of financial systems and all transactions
Monitor the general ledger account reconciliation.

Solid experience in non governmental organization is a must.
Graduated from University major in Finance, Accounting,... or related majors
Having at least 10 years working experience in Accounting and Finance field, with at least 3 years a the same position.
Male/Female; Age: 30 - 42 years old
Good use of English for 4 skills.
