Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Manufacturing Costing:
- Calculate cost of goods sold
- Calculate cost price out of raw materials, finished product, sales revenue, and costs.
- Record stock out of raw materials
Analysis cost of goods sold
Reconciliation inventory between in – out – remaining report and Detail Ledger
Stock count observe & minutes
Fixed Assets, short-term and long-term prepaid expenses
- Recording and checking Detail Ledger of assets.
- Checking and reconciliation costs allocated and the Detail Ledger
- Bookeeping, recording at allocated expense ledger
General Ledger: Checking and reviewing all General Ledgers
Deducted unreasonable, invalid expenses, to control costs and accrual expenses.
Report:
- Declaration of WHT
- Settlement and finalize CIT declaration
- The report of comparing raw materials used between actual and norm, budget
- Declaration CIT of quarterly
- Statistic report: Monthly, Quarterly, 6 months, Yearly
Researching and analysing financial information relating to the company
Report upon request of higher level
Prepare and analysis the variance of actual vs. budget for sale, manufacturing cost, selling expenses, general & administration expenses.

Experience: At least 02 years relevant working experience in an accounting
Languages: Good command in English (a must)
Education: Bachelor degree or higher
Other requirements:
- Be able to work independently and teamwork spirit
- CV in English with photo
- Computer skill: Microsoft office (especially Excel, Power point)
- Strong analytical skill, Management skill, Interpersonal skill, Self-motivated & organized with desire to develop skills and advance within the company
