Finance Business Partner (a member of ITL Corp)

• Taking responsibility for controlling and reporting about cash and treasury matters.
• Supporting to build up, updating and analysing monthly management reports.
• Producing meaningful commentary and analysis of financial data, including but not limited to monthly results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis. Finding out problems and consulting solutions to relevant person-in-charged
• To investigate and report on significant budgetary variances, identifying any remedial action that needs to be taken
• To analyze the month end financial position, investigate variances and make appropriate adjustments if necessary in line with internal procedures. Monthly, performing update budget for the whole year, comparing to approved budget to investigate unusual variances as well as suggest solutions (if any). Timely informing to FD, CEO of subsidiary for issue awareness and solutions in order them to make suitable decision.
• To produce monthly management reporting for subsidiary’s CEO/Head of Business Unit summarising the financial performance up to date and providing explanations of key variances. Comparing and explaining for differences between management and financial reports.
• To cooperate other finance team to make sure the units’ operation to be efficient and compliant with current laws.
• Co-ordinate budget/forecast preparation and evaluate scenarios and options to achieve cost and efficiency improvement
• Year end report and financial planning

• Knowledge in logistics industry is prefer

• Minimum BA of finance/accounting

• Have CFA/ ACCA/ CMA certificate is prefer

• At least 3 years  experiences the same position

• Big 4 experience would be a major plus
