Finance Controller Assistant (ID: 505354)

Our client is foreign manufacturing firm belonging to big corporation, they are looking for Finance Controller Assistance.

REQUIREMENT:
Assist to financial controller in all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedure aligned with corporate guidelines.
Main tasks:

Making monthly inventory obsolete/slow-moving/aging report
Liaison with competent authorities
Managing invoicing and account receivable
Adhere to accounting procedures and costing methodology
In charge of treasure/payment and simple cash flow projection
In charge of product costing and make cost variance analysis report between standard cost and real cost
Calculation of payroll, insurance, personal income tax
Fixed asset, tool, spare part inventory
In charge of VAT & CIT declaration
To be in charge of account payable

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Facilitates the collection of competitive information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Degree Level (Graduated): Business Administration.
Works with the organization’s other branch/regional offices to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
Provides activity/statistical summary reports each week to Country Manager.
Answers customer inquiries/communications as required and attends regular customer service departmental meetings
At least 3 -5 Years experiences in manufacturing company.
Fluent in English
