Finance Coordinator

Enter & Maintain daily production information into E10 (Epicor software). Provide daily analysis statements to related production departments and finance department.
- Input daily production reports into E10 system.
- Check and provide the solution for E10 improvement.
- Upload BOM and review BOM on E10 system based on the data of ME.
- Join in inventories checking as Company schedule.
- Other duties as assigned by Department Manager /Supervisor.
- Collect, review, correct and process datum required on E10 system daily under standard of E10 system.
- Provide Molding and Finishing Departments through E10 system with daily and monthly Production Report.
- Data entry and reconciliation of inventory with data on E10 software.

Have knowledge of accounting, taxes standards and accounting practice.
1 years of ERP system and accounting experience or above.
Good in English and can use basic English conversation.
Skilled used of office software. Can create chart by using Excel and familiar with the basic functions.
Experience in setting-up and worked in ERP. Experience in E10 software is a plus.
