Finance Executive - Account Receivable

We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Finance Executive
Keppel Land is the property arm of Keppel Corporation, a multi-business company providing solutions for sustainable urbanization.
AIM OF THE JOB:
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Communicate with tenants for matters related to invoices/rental/utilities/late interest/…, including call/email to tenants to remind for rental payment
Reconcile revenue/account receivables between many sources of date to ensure accurately and timely of billing
Keep track lease agreements and issue invoices to customers timely & accuracy
Other adhoc tasks assigned by FM/FD
Handle monthly account receivable reports to ensure the compliance with Group/Companies control policies
File documents properly
Keep track rental collection, follow up and issue reminders for rental payment timely
Follow up and update to management team on rental payment

Experienced in retail field and SAP RE function is a plus
BA Degree in Economic/ Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Good at communication, English is a must
Hard-working & meticulous, with a keen eye for details and a hands-on personAbility to excel under pressure and can handle tight deadline
