Finance Manager

With the business growth, KMS may establish many start-ups in tech industry and this person has the opportunities to lead a Finance function of our start-ups, partnering with business CEOs to growth possible product businesses to unblock it is potential. At the beginning, this position reports to the Senior Finance Manager of KMS Technology.
The Finance Manager will play an essential role in core finance and accounting services function. As a successful candidate, you take care of month-end closing, management reporting, providing management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make significant operational, financial and strategic decisions.
• Directly work with the senior finance manager, finance director in VN, and foreign finance manager in the US;
• P&L review: fully responsible for month-end closing, actual reporting cycles in time with high accuracy; review, validate and analyse monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements; work on a monthly P&L review process that includes explaining variances to plan; perform analysis reviews on the financial performance of the various business units and investigate variances against the norms, budget and forecast;
• Financial planning: working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business&039;s medium to long term financial and strategic plan; producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors; preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Financial business partnering: be partner with cross-function, especially for Delivery department and finance business partnering team on monthly/quarterly/ yearly budget, highly the red zoom of forecast accuracy, follow the action to delivery actual better or in line with budgeting; make ad-hoc analysis reports to support department heads on decision-making;

• Financial analysis: conduct in-depth research of historical data and perform analysis on key financial standard & finance health with commentary and suggestions as needed;
• Work on global finance and accounting system based on ERP application;

Knowledge and skills required:
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Excellent Microsoft Excel (including financial modelling) skills
• Having knowledge & working with ERP system is an advantage (e.g. NetSuite/ Oracle/SAP)
• Minimum 08 years working experience in Finance and Analytical role
• Excellence English communication, both speaking & writing
• Ideally, has experience in the technology or technology services industry
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other analytical disciplines; MBA and ACCA/CPA preferred
• Experience in SaaS business is a strong plus
• Demonstrate financial acumen & business partnering skills
