Finance Manager

• In charge for finance segment in new projects
• Work with potential bankers/investors to raise funds for Group
• Manage bank relationship and payment schedule for existing loan contracts
• In charge for finance segment in M&A deals
• Other tasks assigned by CEO

Working condition
• Working hours: 08:30am – 05:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
• Travelling within the country/region if required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance/ accounting / M&A and 3 years’ experience in management position
• High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor&039;s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or equivalent degree
• Good communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving and storytelling abilities
• Good knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards and other Vietnam tax/finance regulation
• Solid collaboration and communication skill
