Finance Manager (TP.HCM)

To provide internal operational support in term of Principal related matters.
Analyze and review budgets/forecasts of the Company by comparing to actual results. Provide explanations on material fluctuations and control measures as and when required.
Responsible for the preparation of a variety of financial/audit documents in areas related to Sales, Cost of Sales, Service Income, Gross Operation Revenue and Net Working Capital.
Produce qualitative monthly management accounting reports, including all financial aspects of the Company, i.e. Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Capital Expenditure monitoring.
Monitor and review accounting and related system report for accuracy and completeness.
Provide professional consultation regarding financial matters to support various financial requirements. Optimize banking & financial setup
To oversee and manage insurance related matters.
Manage ad-hoc projects to address operational productivity and work flow alignment across major activities.
Ensure compliance and develop financial policies and procedures, and implement process improvements.
Oversees individual employee development and training, and conducts performance appraisals.
To manage the expectation of Principals and Internal department requests.
Responsible for monthly management accounting and financial performance management reports, in areas related to Sales, Cost of Sales, Service Income, Gross Operation Revenue and Net Working Capital.
Cash flow monitoring and management, negotiation with key stakeholders.
Responsible for ABC (Activities Based Costing) accounting.
Liaison with internal departments, principals, bankers, auditors.
Reinforce financial discipline & cost-effectiveness initiatives within the company.
Review financial systems and documents are in compliance with laws, policies, standards, and regulations and with generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

Certifications preferred- ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
Knowledge of best practice in financial and accounting processes.
Change management experience at a senior/semi-senior level with the necessary presentational and effective communication skills.
Good English in speaking and writing skill
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Experience in 3 - 5 years Finance Manager
