FINANCE MANAGER/ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Leading financial reporting function which include various analysis on company’s financial position
Overseeing the establishment of the standard costings, cost allocation basis and methodology used to ensure the proper pricing for targeted profit
Ensuring all tax returns (CIT, VAT, PIT and FCT), transfer pricing documentations prepared and methodology used in determining pricing, and other statutory reports are produced accurately and timely
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Monthly reviewing the appropriateness on the standard costs allocation and conducting variance analysis on the material spending, acquisition, volume to assess whether the current costing scheme is relevant to desired operating profit and the use of fixed overhead is at its full capacity;
Analyzing the return on investment in capital expenditure acquisition, expected return period, optimal option to acquire the fixed assets and how the assets should be utilized to achieve its best outcome;

Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Strong quantitative and analytical competency
MBAs are preferred
Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
Excellence in written and verbal communication in English
Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
