Finance Operations Manager

To be successful in this position, he or she is expected to able to work collaboratively with In-region peer groups across the organization, which include but not limited to Quality, Manufacturing Test Engineering, Material Management, Supplier Quality Engineering, Sourcing and Finance team. The candidate should role model of growth mindset, good ability to communicates, managing VIP visit, embrace MS culture activities, interact with local government, reporting status to peers, clients and other stakeholders are essential.
In this role, you will work closely with country manager to support the business growth in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and drive people development and training plan across Vietnam and Thailand. Work closely with HR and Staffing team to support recruitment activities for industry and college hire, own new hire onboarding process.
• Be the liaison with Redmond Business Administrative to Redmond SLT, coordinate VIP visit, promote culture. Organized key activities in region and publish a monthly newsletter.
• Support Country Manager and local management team to drive operational rhythm of business and implementation of regional key initiatives
• Involve and communicate Vietnam & Thailand strategy and key activities.
• Support local regulatory engagement and internal governance principles.
• Provides strategic insights by identifying critical strategic issues, participant in developing scenarios, assessing market opportunities, and providing best practices

• Understand of strategic planning and business development, ability to prioritize strategic and operational imperatives, strong communication and influencing skills
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, including management consulting, strategy consulting, program management, business management or business operations experience.
• Self-motivated and drive to &039;take ownership&039; of tasks and situations
• Demonstrated ability to think, and communicate strategically with influencing skill, exceptional analytical skills, including strong expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel modeling and Outlook
• Experience in people/team/project management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• University degree
• Have written, verbal skills, and presentation skills in English. Communication in Vietnamese and Chinese is a plus.
