Finance Planning & Analysis Supervisor

* Job Description Summary:
The primary role is to provide management account report, business analysis, budget control with cost control for AEV Vietnam. The position is also responsible for providing the required management information, reporting and analysis on topic for management board.
*Main duties:
- Capex and Fixed assets management.
- Responsible for monthly analysis of company performance through variance analysis on price variance, cost variance…
- Interact with factory for continues improvement process and risk assessment.
- Assist to FC to review/validate key internal control and alert weakness that need to be improved.
- Monitor biz performance – volume, product cost, margin, profit.
- Analyze monthly performance compared to targets and rolling forecast.
- Handle budget and forecasting planning with factory (production planning, capital expenditure plan, departmental spending plan…)
*Reporting:
- Analyze & report profit/loss drivers, product margin, highlight any significant movements.
- Carry out ad-hoc roles and duties when required.
- Prepare and submit management report, budget, forecasting report.
- FA report.
- Perform revenue and productivity report.
* Expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization:
- Controlling process improvement.
- Cost saving vs plan.
- Quality of management report.

*Position Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting fields.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO module.
• Minimum 3year experiences in similar position, prefer candidate has experience in manufacturing.
• Good skills in Excel, Power point.
• Good communication in English.
• Strong analytical, problem solving.
