Financial Analyst

Report to :Chief Accountant, Finance Manager and COO
Main duties & responsibilities

Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to MPV.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Check Accrual and actual expense and General Ledger
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Analyze financial data, analyze past results for decision support
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and actual operational metrics tracking
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular managers reviews
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Control A & P expenses from Sales and Marketing department, making sure within approved range.

Core competencies and skills

Knowledge and education level:
Graduate from University
Experience : 2-3 years experience
Skills: Good at SAP software & MS Office skills, strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
