Financial Controller Assistance

Main purpose of position.
- Assist to financial controller in all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedure aligned with corporate guidelines.
Reports to
: financial controller and she/he is also expected to interact with Country Manager as a business partner and decision support in operational issues.

Skills & Experience
- Degree Level (Graduated): Business Administration.
- Must be 100% bilingual (English-Vietnamese).
- Provides activity/statistical summary reports each week to Country Manager.
- Facilitates the collection of competitive information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities.
- Answers customer inquiries/communications as required and attends regular customer service departmental meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Works with the organization’s other branch/regional offices to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
- At least 3 -5 Years experiences in manufacturing company.
- High Conference call abilities.
