Financial Controller Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with government regulations;
Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances;
Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
Forecasting future financial performance;
Reviewing the company&039;s financial statements to ensure they are accurate;
The main role of a Financial Controller is to ensure the company&039;s financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
Assist CEO in fund-raising and other tasks as required.
Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
Providing accurate financial reports to management;
Preparing and analysing budgets;

Experience: Having at least 05 years of experience in a similar position. Working experience in KPMG, Deloitte, EY or PwC is strongly desired.
Education: Graduate in finance/accounting areas from top universities in Vietnam. Degree from a developed country is a plus .
Skills/Qualities:
Excellent proficiency in English language is a must
Proficiency in accounting software
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Possess strong integrity and work ethics
Good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
Qualification: ACCA/CPAA is a big plus
Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
Experience with startup and/or fundraising will be a BIG plus
Ability to manage and coach team members
Excellent accounting knowledge
Good knowledge and application of International Financial Reporting Standards is an advantage (IFRS).
Ability to work under pressure
