Financial Controller in Da Nang

Responsibilities:

- the primary function of this position is to perform accounting cycle including maintaining and controlling of Finance business transactions of the Company Bookkeeping Services:
recording of collections, recording of expenses, monitoring lapsing schedules, etc.;
- analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data;
- report to and co-ordinate with Group Finance dept , report to the management team.
- administrative expense;
- expense / sales analysis;
- asset managements;
- work with Banker for cash management;
- reconcile supplier&039;s invoices for payments ;
- reconciliation receipt with sales ( bank account, cash found);
- payment arrangement, monthly cashflow forecast;
- inventory control;
- expense control;

Conditions:

- 5-day working week;
- full-time job.
- work in the office in Da Nang city;

- understanding of calculation and preparation of forms to be submitted to BIR;
- advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and database;
- must be a degree holder in BS Accountancy or in Finance, Economics and be a Certified Public Accountant;
- understanding of preparation of Finance reporting.
- governmental filling;
- proven knowledge in standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations in Finance and accounting principles;
- with proven working experience as Finance controller, Accountant for at least 1 year;
- work with tax matter, tax compliance;
- fluent English (oral and written);
- with high ability to manipulate large amount of data and to compile detailed reports;
