Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

Automate the data to standardize the company’s reports.
Analyze and evaluate the profitability of each customer, each customer group, each product group and product.
Develop and monitor P&L and financial model for all product/channel initiatives.
Other ad-hoc analysis & tasks assigned by Manager.
Control cost and manage budget. Advise and implement best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Make daily, weekly, monthly statistics reports to State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).
Annual financial planning including monthly, quarterly forecast.
Review internal policies related to product.

Knowledge of consumer finance market or banking.
At least 2 years of experience in a financial managerial position in a financial institution (consumer finance companies, banks, fin-tech companies).
Professional written and oral communication skills.
Master degree or professional certificates such as CFA, ACCA, CPA or knowledge of Credit Card market & system is a plus.
High energy, commitment level and self-motivation.
Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software.
Knowledge of financial modeling and capital budgeting in a consumer finance or a bank.
Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills.
